Cookies and device storage
This document covers humfee.com and HUMFEE’s own mechanisms, not every website opened in the browser.
Essential storage includes secure forum and administrator session cookies, CSRF protection, settings required for a service requested by the user and storage of privacy choices. Sessions are not advertising profiling. Forum cookies use Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite. Application sign-in uses a separate account-linked session.
Functional storage: appearance, language and reward-goal choices are saved locally after the user chooses them. You can clear this data in browser settings. The invitation code human.download.invitation is stored for up to 30 days only after voluntarily enabling referral remembering; without consent, the link works for the current visit. The choice, including refusal and withdrawal, document version, time and IP address are recorded in the database as evidence of the decision for no more than 180 days. When the server is unavailable, invitation remembering stays disabled; refusal and removal of the local code take effect immediately, and recording the decision is retried when the connection returns. Consent can be changed using “Cookie settings”. Withdrawal deletes the saved code.
We do not activate analytics tools or advertising tracking merely because you visit the website. “Essential only” is an available choice. Current HUMFEE advertisements are contextual. If we add new purposes or providers requiring consent in the future, we will present them and request a separate choice before enabling them.
Google and other websites you open may store their own cookies under their policies and your choices. Manage them through privacy settings and the relevant website’s interface. Consent for the HUMFEE website is not consent for every website you visit.
